We help factories see defects the moment they happen.
RYSA Dynamics builds edge computer-vision systems that catch surface, weld and dimensional defects in real time, on the lines a factory already runs. Most inspection technology is built and priced for large plants. We build for the small and mid-sized manufacturers who've been left inspecting by eye, catching what they can.
Where we're going
Sensing today. Simulation and actuation, later.
Physical AI has three layers: sensing, simulation, and actuation. We're starting with sensing because that's where the pain is sharpest right now, and where we can actually deliver. Prediction and process drift come next, using the same cameras and hardware already on the line. Simulation and physical correction come after that, once we've earned the manufacturing depth to build them properly.
How we work
Concrete over hype.
We talk about parts, lines, and defects caught, not AI transformation. If we haven't proven something yet, we say so instead of dressing it up. We work in one industrial belt, on the ground, because a working system on a real factory floor tells us more than any deck does.
